Estimated delivery generally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details supplied at the time of purchase.

5. Delayed Shipments

Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
